ConstructionOnline™ Publish Report for October 31, 2022

UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction project management platform, including -

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

Added ability to apply a Uniform Trade to all Schedule Tasks within the same group
- The Uniform Trade option can be engaged within Schedule View Options
- Individual task trades may be adjusted after group trade is applied

TIME TRACKING

Users can now access 90 days worth of historical data within Time Tracking
- Users can select any start date for their historical data lookup, but the time frame will be limited to 90 days from the chosen start date

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

Added ability to use updated cost data for any Costbook Items and/or Assembles when creating a new OnCost™ Estimate from an Estimate Template

COMPANY REPORTING

Added a Work Order Report for OnCost™ Estimating
Verified both Change Order Summary Reports and Estimate Unit Reports generate in all instances and display the appropriate data
Verified that Estimate vs. Actual and Estimate vs. Invoiced Report Settings Modals launch from the Company Overview Financial Reports feature
Removed extra divider lines from the following Reports:
- Lead Value by Source
- Print Agenda for Calendars
- Redline Current Set Summary
- Contact Summary
Confirmed that the Opportunity Summary Report generates for duplicated Opportunities
Updated the Opportunities Overview Report to reflect “All Opportunities” instead of “All Leads”

ONPOINT™ PROPOSAL WIZARD

Updated the Show Table Headers setting to affect both Estimate and Selections sections of the generated Proposal
Corrected a capitalization error in the Categories Only report option within the OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard

MESSAGING

Updated Message Email Notifications to include a 255 character limit for subject lines
- For Messages with a subject line, the Email Notification subject will be [MESSAGE’S SUBJECT] followed by “ - ConstructionOnline Message”
- For Messages without a subject line, the Email Notification subject will be [USER’S NAME] followed by “ - ConstructionOnline Message”

OPPORTUNITIES

Ensured the Project Duplication Settings modal displays consistently when duplicating a Project created from an Opportunity

RFIs

RFI Notification Emails now include the full RFI message thread in the Email body rather than including the most recent response only

REDLINE™ TAKEOFF

Confirmed that the green Send to Estimate button only appears above the Takeoff Sheet table when the uploaded Sheets have data that can be sent to OnCost™ Estimating
