ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Updated the Excel Estimate Template files provided for importing an Estimate from Excel to include all fields supported by the recent import functionality enhancements. Updates include - 
  • All Excel Estimate Templates now include Invoiced, Actuals, Committed, QB Actuals, QB Invoiced, and QB Committed columns 
  • The Specification column was added to 3-Level Excel Estimate Templates and the QB Items List Excel Estimate Template 
  • Excel Estimate Templates now include the QB Items List column instead of separate name columns for each estimate level (i.e. Category, Subcategory, and Item) if the QB Items List option is selected
  • The README sheet within each Excel Estimate Template now includes descriptions for each the new columns listed above, and only includes descriptions for columns that are present within the selected Excel Estimate Template 
    
  • Sample data is now included with all downloaded Excel Estimate Templates
    • Sample data remains the same for the 4 existing types of templates 
      
  • Sample data for the QB Items List Excel Estimate Template contains restructured and reformatted data
    • Names are now separated by colons to mirror how they are structured in QB
  • Confirmed that Importing Estimates to the Company Overview Estimate Templates feature successfully creates an Estimate Template in every instance 

FINANCIAL REPORTS 

• Improved the speed and performance of the Financial Reports feature so that load times are 2 to 3 times faster 

COMPANY CALENDAR 

• Enhanced the speed and performance of the Company Calendar so that load times are 75% faster

DAILY LOGGING 

• Ensured that exporting the Hours from Work Logs to Excel is successful, particularly in instances where users have custom Non-Contact Resources or Contact Resources with duplicate names 

CO™ MOBILE 

• Confirmed that premium features are reserved for users with paid subscriptions to the CO™ Mobile App
