ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of April 7, 2025

The ConstructionOnline Team remains dedicated to optimizing performance and expanding the capabilities of its award-winning construction management software. The latest updates include:

FILES

• The default file icon will now display for valid files in instances where the thumbnail image may not populate. 

OPPORTUNITIES

• Company Employees with appropriate permissions may effectively edit Estimates associated with Opportunities in all instances. 

PROJECTS

• Updated columns for Scope of Work and Site Instructions in the Company Projects table.
  • Column headers now display icons, and the Column title is displayed upon hover over. 
  • Columns may be shown or hidden, but columns may not be resized.
  • Presence of data is indicated by an icon in the column corresponding to the particular Project. Clicking on the icon opens to the relevant tab within the related Project Details to display the complete Scope of Work or Site Instructions. 

CONTACTS & COMPANIES

• The dynamic table view for Companies in ConstructionOnline now adjusts vertically to best fit the browser window, when appropriate. 

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

• Updated Agenda View for TeamLink Portal to ensure that only Change Orders assigned to the related TeamLink Contact populate to the individual Agenda View. 

REDLINE PLANROOM

• Company Employees with "Cannot View" or "Can View" permissions are restricted from accessing the Redline Upload Wizard modal in all instances. 
  • Redline Upload Wizard is exclusively accessible for Company Employees with permissions set to "Can Add & Update Plans" or "Can Add, Update, & Delete Plans"

COMPANY ACCOUNTS

• Implemented new URL redirect for deactivated ConstructionOnline Company Accounts. If/when a Company Account is deactivated, users attempting to access ConstructionOnline will be redirected to an informational URL to prevent confusion and provide direction. 
• Implemented new File Storage Checks to enforce File Storage Limits. When a user attempts to create/upload a new file,  the ConstructionOnline system will automatically check File Storage Used v. File Storage Allotted. 
  • File Storage Allotted is determined by the associated Subscription package. 
  • Additional File Storage can be purchased at any time.
