ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of August 11, 2025

UDA continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction management platform, including - 

MEETING MINUTES

• Exciting new capabilities released for the Meeting Minutes feature! 
  
  • Added report print options for Meeting Agendas and Meeting Minutes.
    • The available print option depends on the active Meeting Mode, displaying as either "Print Agenda" or "Print Minutes" accordingly. 
  • Broadened Integrations so that Meeting Minutes connects seamlessly with existing ConstructionOnline tools: 
    • Calendars: Meetings appear on both Company and associated Project Calendars. 
    • My Agenda View: A widget for Meeting Minutes has been added to My Agenda, and meetings are now visible within the Calendar widget.
    • Company History Log: All meeting activity—creation, edits, and deletions—is now logged in the Company History Log. 
    • Contact Activity Timeline: Meetings are recorded in the "Contact Activity" timeline when the Contact is included as an invited attendee. 
    • Project Timeline: Meetings are displayed within the "Project Timeline" for their linked Projects.
      
  • Expanded Action Item Tools to allow users to: 
    
    • Create Action Items directly from the "Meeting Action Items" section. 
    • Manage Action Items using the new "Action Items" tab in the "Meeting Details" extension blade. 
  • Introduced a duplicate option allowing users to easily duplicate an existing meeting directly from their Meetings List. 
    
• Ensured that scheduled meeting times correctly display for all time zones.

 DAILY LOGGING

• Daily Logging Reports correctly generate in all expected instances—including specifically when older (legacy) data is included.   
• Users can adjust the Log Date when creating or duplicating entries from Manpower and Scheduled Resources Logs. 
  • If the new date does not contain the same Schedule Tasks with the same selected resources, ConstructionOnline will require double verification to complete the change: 
    • Confirming keeps the selected resources but removes any linked Schedule Tasks that don't exist on the new date. 
    • Canceling preserves the original date and all linked Tasks. 

DOCUSIGN™ INTEGRATION

• Sending a report to Docusign no longer impacts Project's File visibility.
  
• Docusign envelope processing no longer impacts the loading and/or visibility of Company Files. 

INVOICING

• Removing Line Items from a made-from-scratch invoice accurately updates and saves as expected.
• Editing and saving invoices without modifying Line Items no longer creates duplicate Items.  

ONCOST™ PURCHASING

• Improved handling of payments and bills involving deactivated or deleted QuickBooks Online (QBO) vendors: 
  
  • Vendor fields are no longer locked during bill or payment creation for Purchase Orders linked to deactivated QBO vendors. 
  • When sending bills or payments to QBO for deactivated vendors, users receive a prompt to reactivate the vendor or confirm sending without linking to the Purchase Order. 
  • Popup sequences trigger appropriately based on user choices around sending intermediate bills and related objects to QBO, ensuring clarity and control over document linking. 

REDLINE™

• Sorting by Date Uploaded correctly orders all sheets in the current set, including those with revisions, ensuring accurate sorting even when sheets have multiple upload dates. 
• Quotation marks in Project names no longer disrupt ConstructionOnline from sending download emails for Redline Plans. 

COMPANY REPORTING 

• Report tables load immediately upon Work Order Report creation, automatically and without user intervention. 
  
• Editing reports in the report editing (TXEditor) window works as intended, enabling users to make changes smoothly. 

RFIs

• Improved the RFI "Export to Excel" option to apply the same filters set in the RFI List, ensuring exported RFIs exactly match the user's view in ConstructionOnline. 

WARRANTY TRACKING

• Verified that Warranty Status and Warranty Start Date fields display correctly when creating or editing warranties, allowing users to set these details accurately. 
• ClientLink and TeamLink Settings correctly control warranty visibility in the portal for their respective users.
