UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction project management platform, including -

• Added option to display Tax Subtypes on Summary and Detailed Invoice reports through the Tax Visibility tab. Tax Visibility Options include:
  • Hide Tax Breakdown - Tax breakdown will not be shown; total taxes will be included in the Total Due value
  • Show Tax Breakdown - Amounts for each tax type will be shown on separate lines above the Invoice total
  • Show Amounts for Tax Subtypes - This default option gives a detailed view of taxes including type and subtypes
• Added ability for users to successfully generate Summary and Detailed Invoice reports for non-zero Client Selections when all of the related Estimate Line Items have zero cost.

CHANGE ORDERS

• Added “Search” function to Change Orders. Search returns will match following parameters: Name, Number, Assigned Resources, and Description. 

CHECKLISTS

• Added “Search” function to Checklists. Search returns will match the following parameters: Name, Folders & Subfolders, Lists, Items, and Issues.
• Optimized system handling of Checklists to ensure successful export of data, specifically in instances where special characters are present in the “Name” field of the Checklist with particular consideration given to the comma.

PUNCH LISTS

• Added “Search” function to Punch Lists. Search returns will match the following parameters: Name, Folders & Subfolders, Lists, Items, and Issues.

COST CODES

• Added “Search” function to Cost Codes. Search returns will match the following parameters: Division & Number.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

• Implemented infinite scrolling in the Recent & Upcoming Items dashboard of the Recent & Upcoming tab.

CALL LOGS

• Optimized system rendering for Call Logs to improve performance and overall user experience.

MESSAGING

• Updated click-and-drag tool in Messaging to ensure successful selection of desired text in all instances.

CLIENTLINK/TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

• Ensured the Client Selection “Search” function no longer returns results for Selections that have been set as not visible to clients in the Portal.

REPORTS

• Verified Work Order Reports generate correctly for TeamLink™ Users in all instances.

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Streamlined loading of OnPlan™ Schedules in ConstructionOnline™, specifically in instances where Schedules are imported from ConstructionSuite™.

CO™ MOBILE

• Ensured that users are consistently able to access Item Details for New Items added to Punch Lists and/or Checklists in all expected instances.
