ConstructionOnline™ continues to enhance visibility, navigation, and collaboration across the platform with targeted improvements to Opportunities, Certificate Tracking, Accounting Integration, Messaging, and more.

This week’s release introduces a new Board View for Opportunities, expands Comments to Certificate Tracking, improves navigation throughout Estimates, and delivers additional performance and usability enhancements across ConstructionOnline.

OPPORTUNITIES

New! Board View for Opportunities

Opportunities have been redesigned to offer expanded viewing options—mirroring recent upgrades to To Dos & Change Orders in ConstructionOnline. This upgrade introduces the new Board View for Opportunities, giving construction teams an additional way to visualize and manage opportunity activity within ConstructionOnline.

• Board View is a Kanban-style interface that displays Opportunities as cards in columns and offers improved visibility with drag & drop functionality, making it easier to assess Opportunities in the pipeline, manage potential new contracts, and prioritize sales activities.

CERTIFICATE TRACKING

• New! Comments for Certificates: Comments are now available within Certificate Tracking, making it easier to keep related communication and context connected directly to certificate records.

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Improved Estimate Navigation: Auto-navigation within Estimates now moves seamlessly between different Categories and Subcategories, allowing users to work through estimate sections more efficiently.

ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION

• Faster Vendor Transaction Loading: Vendor Transactions now load in bulk, improving performance and reducing load times when working with larger transaction sets from QuickBooks.

MESSAGING

• Reliable Message Templates: Message Templates can be used consistently when replying to existing conversations from the Activity Timeline within Contact and Lead Details.

PROJECT TEMPLATES

• Improved Estimate Template Linking: When creating Estimates from Estimate Templates within a new Project Template, the Related Project correctly and consistently updates accordingly, helping maintain consistent project setup workflows.

COMPANY REPORTING

• Updated Financial Report Presentation: Styling and layout enhancements provide a cleaner, more consistent presentation across Estimate vs. Actual and Estimate vs. Invoiced reports.

FILES & PHOTOS

• Consistent File Previews: Previews of File Attachments display fully in all expected instances across ConstructionOnline.
• Improved PDF Thumbnails: PDF uploads now generate individual thumbnail previews—instead of displaying generic file icons—making files easier to identify at a glance.
