DOCUSIGN™ INTEGRATION
- New eSignature Integration! ConstructionOnline now integrates with Docusign, the #1 platform for electronic signatures—making it easier and faster than ever to get construction documents signed.
- Send documents for electronic signature directly from My Files, Company Files, All Files, or the Reports editing window.
- Track progress with a real-time Envelope Activity Timeline that provides full visibility into every action taken after a Docusign envelope is created.
- All Company Users with the appropriate Files and Photos permissions can view Docusign activity for any accessible file.
- When sending a report to Docusign, ConstructionOnline will prompt users to first save the report to the system—ensuring it's accessible and trackable from start to finish.

COMMENTS
- Comments added to the following ConstructionOnline features:
- Checklists: Users can now leave Comments on a Checklist, a specific Checklist Item, or a Checklist Item Issue.
- Punch Lists: Similarly, Comments are supported at the Punch List, Punch List Item, and Punch List Item Issue levels.
- To Dos: Comments can be left on To Dos and Subtasks.
- The functionality mirrors the Comments system previously implemented for ConstructionOnline's Submittals, Client Selections, Change Orders, and Daily Logging, providing a consistent and familiar experience across ConstructionOnline.
- Key features include:
- Segmented comment threads
- Comment visibility controls
- Unread comment indicators
- For Company Users, access to Comments is governed by the permissions assigned for the related feature.
- When the corresponding feature is enabled within ClientLink/TeamLink Settings, Comments may be shared with any of the Project's ClientLink and/or TeamLink Users.
COMPANY REPORTING
- Added new option to display a Tax Breakdown in the Change Order Proposal and Change Order Contract Reports.
- When enabled, this option generates a table that details the Tax Type, Tax Subtype, Tax Rate (%), and Total for any taxes applied to the Change Order.
- TrueVision Cash Flow Reports correctly export data based on the user-specified past date range.
- Totals for Regular and Overtime hours in the Employee Time Summary Report accurately match their respective values in the Time Summary.
COMPANY PROJECTS
- Confirmed that making edits to Custom Value Fields within the Company Projects dynamic table is successful in all instances—including specifically, instances where Key Roles are not assigned to any members of the Project Team.
ONCOST™ PURCHASING
- Setting Project-level permissions for Non-Admin Company Users to only allow access to "Purchase Orders, Bills, and Payments" or "Expenses & Receipts" no longer disrupts those users' access to the Project.
- Project-level permissions for "Purchase Orders, Bills, and Payments" and "Expenses & Receipts" now function as they do at the Company-level.
- These permissions are now hierarchical:
- "Purchase Orders, Bills, and Payments" permissions cannot exceed "Expenses & Receipts" permissions.
- If you increase "Purchase Orders, Bills, and Payments" permissions to exceed those set for "Expenses & Receipts," the permissions for "Expenses & Receipts" will automatically adjust to match the permissions set for "Purchase Orders, Bills, and Payments."
- If you decrease the permission settings for "Expenses & Receipts" to a level below those set for "Purchase Orders, Bills, and Payments," the latter will automatically decrease to match.
- These permissions are now hierarchical:
- Updated the confirmation displayed when a user Deletes a Bill to ensure accuracy and clarity, specifically in instances where multiple bills are selected for deletion.
ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING
- Expanded the ribbon-style toolbar in the Scheduling feature to include the Set Workdays option.
RFIs
- Ensured that Non-Admin Company Users assigned to an RFI (i.e. listed in the RFI's "To" field) are able to mark the RFI as "Resolved" or "Unresolved."
