FINANCIAL REPORTS

• Updated Purchase Order Report modal to a Report Wizard
  
  • Users now have two options when generating Purchase Orders
    
    • Create Purchase Order from Estimate - Populates the Purchase Order with Estimate Items
      
    • Create Purchase Order from Scratch - Allows the user to add Line Items manually or insert from Costbooks without referring to an Estimate
      
  • Cost Codes may now be included on the report, appearing next to the Name column on the generated report
    
  • The Estimate table has been updated to a dynamic table, and now appears within the new “Included Items” tab
    
  • Users may modify the Quantity, Unit Cost, and Total cells right on the table, and can view the Purchase Order’s running total in the top right hand corner. The Wizard employs the same logic used in OnCost™ Estimating where data is updated instantly.
    
    • If Quantity or Unit Cost are updated, the Quantity is multiplied by the Unit Cost to update the Total.
      
    • If the Total is updated and the Quantity is 1 or nothing/null, then set the Unit Cost to the Total.
      
    • If the Total is updated and Quantity is greater than 1, then divide the Total by the Quantity to determine the new Unit Cost.
      
  • The Estimate table has also been enhanced with search capabilities, and Default Text block options have been added to the Report Wizard
    

CONTACTS

• Updated system logic so that users can search for Contacts by Phone Number
  

TRUEVISION™ BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE 

• Added columns to Multi-Project Scheduling that show the next and previous Milestone in the Schedule

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Updated the Pending Selections Report to include Selection Choice Descriptions
  
• Updated the Selection by Location Report to include Total Rows
  

FILES

• Ensured Private Files are not visible within Recent Files for users who do not have permission to access them 
  

INVOICING 

• Confirmed Linked Change Orders do not impact Tax calculations when printing Detailed Invoices 
  

OPPORTUNITIES 

• Verified all fields within the Opportunities Overview launch their respective Details modals
  

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL 

• Ensured the Photostream™ populates for ClientLink Users on Project Overview pages 
  

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

• Verified Planroom Publish Log notifications and item counts
  
  • When on the Current Set, ClientLink Plans, or TeamLink Plans pages, the Publish Log notification will show the correct number
    
  • When on the Publish Log page itself (which uses different code to calculate the notification number), the correct number will be shown as well
    
  • When on the Version Sets, Trash, or Settings pages, the Publish Log notifications are hidden
    

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Confirmed users can access Schedule Template content in all instances
  
• Verified deleted Contacts formerly assigned to a Schedule Task(s) do not display on printed versions of the Schedule List View

• Ensured that when opening To Dos from the Company Calendar the correct Related Project populates in the Project Selector
