As a part of providing cutting-edge construction management software, UDA releases regular updates, enhancements, and new features to its award-winning construction management platform—ConstructionOnline™. Recent additions to the platform include - 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING 

• Added new columns for OnCost Estimates:
  
  • New columns include: 
    
    • Room
      
    • Phase
      
    • Stage
      
    • Trade
      
    • Type
      
    • Group
      
    • Floor
      
    • Building
      
  • The new columns are exclusively available for 3-Level Estimates as the values are assigned at the Item level
    
  • Room, Phase, Stage, Trade, Type, and Group columns are available for all current ConstructionOnline subscriptions levels except legacy 
    
  • Floor and Building columns are exclusively available for Multi-Family and Enterprise subscription levels. These subscription levels also have access to the six other new columns listed above
    
  • The new columns can be accessed within any Estimate Category sheet through the Show/Hide Columns function; however values cannot be assigned within these columns unless the company has access to the columns via their subscription level 
    
  • In conjunction to the additional new columns, new options have been added within the Estimate Options menu 
    
    • Within the Settings tab, users will find a new “Apply uniform values for each item in a subcategory” option which can apply to the following columns: 
      • Units
        
      • Classification
        
      • Tax
        
      • Room
        
      • Phase
        
      • Stage
        
      • Trade
        
      • Type
        
      • Group
        
      • Floor
        
      • Building
        
    • Within the Lock Estimate tab, users will find controls that can lock/unlock the newly added columns
  • The Item Details modal has also been updated to include fields for the new columns. These fields are only visible if the user has access to the new columns per their company’s subscription level.
    
  • Additionally, the Import and Export logic for OnCost Estimates has been updated to handle the new columns. 
    
    • The Export for Import modal now includes the new columns within the “Columns to Include” section 
      
    • The import logic for the new columns mirrors the logic used for the Units column in which the import attempts to match the values in the imported file by name. If a match is found, then the custom value is assigned to the new/updated item. If a match isn't found, then a new custom value is added based on the value in the Excel file and the item is assigned to the new custom value.

• Added additional filter options to the Print Submittal Report:

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Added the ability to include all Client Selection across all ConstructionOnline Projects in a single Excel export 
  

CALENDARS

• Verified that Calendar Agenda Reports label Schedule Task Groups and Schedule Tasks appropriately in all instances
  
• Ensured all Schedule Task dates included on Calendar Agenda Reports mirror the Schedule Task itself 
  

CALL LOGS

• Confirmed Company Employees can view Call Logs they have created as well as Call Logs for which they are assigned as the Related Contact 
  
• Verified Call Logs remain visible after page refresh
