UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction project management platform, including -

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING 

• Added a button for collapsing/expanding all of the groups in an OnPlan™ Schedule
• Updated the Go To Today button to advance through all schedule tasks and task groups on the current date
  
  • Once the scroll reaches the last task on the current date, it cycles back to the first task on the current date

CALL LOGS

• Updated permissions so that Non-Admin Company Users (NACU) can see Call Logs they have created 
  
  • NACU will see any Call Logs they have created at both the Project and Company level
  • NACUs will not see any Call Logs created by any other user
  • Company Administrators will continue to see all Call Logs at the Project and Company level

 CONTACTS 

• Addressed issue stemming from changes in the Hubspot API regarding Contact creation in Hubspot
  • The following issues have been resolved:
    
    • Cannot add Company Users
    • Cannot add new Leads
    • New ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Users did not receive Project Invitations
    • New ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Users did not receive their user-specific folders in the ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Files feature
    • Users could not create a new ClientLink™ User when setting the QuickBooks Online Primary Customer in the Project Financials Account Integration feature

RESOURCETRAK

• Verified the current user’s contact appears on the table if the search query or applied filters include the current user in the results

SUBMITTALS

• Confirmed Ball-In-Court column displays the next responder in the Submittal rather than the Submitter(s)

TEMPLATES

• Verified Multi-Line Change Orders and Lump Sum Change Orders in a Project Template copy to Projects created from the Project Template

CO™ MOBILE

• Ensured all users can access Change Orders from the CO™ Mobile App on iPad devices
