UDA Technologies continues to invest in the growth & stability of UDA ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates & enhancements, including -

Notes & Description fields are accessible in View Only Mode when Notes & Description is locked via Estimate Options > Lock Estimate

When "Lock Notes & Estimate Description" is enabled, users cannot alter the Notes and/or Descriptions for estimate categories, subcategories, and/or items. Users can, however, view the Notes and/or Descriptions for estimate categories, subcategories, and/or items in View Only Mode.

Optimized results delivered via Download All Project Files, specifically as related to larger data sets.

Content related to "Pending" Projects is excluded from GamePlan™ automated email reports.

Users can no longer add custom entries in the Related Lead field of the Lead Notes modal. The Related Lead must be an existing Lead entry.
- Only one Lead Note entry appears on the lead's timeline, even when multiple leads are assigned as Related Leads
- Lead Date Created event loads correctly for all recognized date formats
Lead Export for Excel includes Lead Source and Lead Type values when those columns are included in the export
Leads can be added as ClientLink™ Contacts on the Project Team page

Optimized options for sorting the Opportunity Table by Type

Names of Schedule and Project (when applicable) are included in the header on the Detailed List View Schedule Print

Options added to ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ Portal to allow the clients, subcontractors, and/or vendors to download multiple Redline Sheets at once.

Revised Tax Section on Estimate Proposals and Current Contract Summaries

Taxes now appear as a set of line items below the Budget Subtotal instead of a separate table under the Grand Total
In order for the tax section to appear, the user must engage the Include Tax Section on the Price Detail step (step two) of the Estimate Proposal Wizard
