ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of February 10, 2025

WARRANTY TRACKING

• New Feature Release! Manage construction warranties, track warranty claims, and coordinate service appointments with ConstructionOnline's brand-new toolkit for construction warranty management, including:
  • Project Warranties
  • Warranty Templates
  • Custom Coverage Types
  • Warranty Expiration Tracker
  • Client Portal Access to Warranties
  • Warranty Issues & Service Requests
  • Service Appointments - and more!

DAILY LOGGING

• Cost Code filters have been expanded to Month view and Timeline view for Daily Logs. 

TO DOS

• To-Do Subtasks are now included on To-Do List Reports. 

CALENDARS

• The option to Hide Completed Tasks is consistently applied across Company Calendars and Project Calendars. 

CHANGE ORDERS

• Change Orders are always ordered in accurate numerical order, specifically in instances where values in the Change Order Number field exceed "100."

ONCOST™ PURCHASING

• The option to "Share" any Purchase Order via email consistently sends a single email notification - including the Purchase Order PDF and other relevant information - to the designated recipient.

OPPORTUNITIES

• When an Opportunity is created from a Project Template, Company Users from the template's Project Team are associated with the new Opportunity. 
  • ClientLink™ Users and TeamLink™ Users included in the template's Project Team are not associated with the new Opportunity. 
• Enhanced system logic related to the application and accessibility of Company Custom Values to ensure accurate application and access as expected within Opportunities. 

COMPANY PROJECTS

• Item Values included in the QuickLinks display on the Project Overview have been updated to ensure clarity and consistency:
  • Daily Logging: Count of Daily Logs
  • Change Orders: Dollar Value of Change Orders
    (including markup)
  • RFIs: Count of Pending / Total RFIs
    (Drafts not included) 
  • Checklists: Totals of Pending Items and Item Issues
  • Punch Lists: Totals of Pending Items and Item Issues

COMPANY EMPLOYEES

• Profitability Permissions within Company Employee Permissions have been expanded to include the new Financial Dashboards recently released for ConstructionOnline. 
  • When the checkbox is checked for the option "User can access Profitability information and generate reports," the Company Employee will have access to Financial Dashboards, as well as other profit tracking features. 

MISC

• Streamlined user login sequence to ensure a seamless, user-friendly login process in all potential circumstances. 
• Updated Company Reporting logic to fully support compatibility with Microsoft Edge browsers, ensuring that ConstructionOnline Company Users are able to successfully create, modify, and share construction reports when using Microsoft Edge.
