UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction management platform, including -

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING 

• Added option to set Work Day Exceptions
  
  • Similar to Setting a Custom Holiday within an OnPlan™ Schedule, users can select dates they wish to treat as work dates by using the Scheduling Toolbar and navigating to Tools > Set Workdays > Workday Exceptions 
    
    • Within the Workday Exceptions tab, users can use the calendar date picker or enter the desired date into the “Select Date to Add as Workday Exception” field and click the green [+] button to set a Workday Exception
      
• Verified the Go to Today tool only highlights Tasks that include the current date
  
• Ensured the Shift Schedule Start Date to Specific Start Date option shifts the Start Date to the designated date 
  
  • Please note that the Shift by Days and Shift by Weeks options do not allow for negative values by design

REPORTS

• Added options to Include Item Images and/or Descriptions on Materials List Reports and Work Order Reports
  
  • Reports can be found by navigating to Financials > Financial Reports > Estimating Reports
    • Within the Details tab of either creation modal, options for including Item Descriptions and Item Images are located underneath Report Options
      
      • If the Include Item Descriptions option is enabled, the report will display Descriptions for Items that have Descriptions included
        • Descriptions will populate on a secondary row under the related Item
      • If the Include Item Images option is enabled, the report will display images for Items that have image attachments
        
        • Images will populate on a secondary row under the related Item
          
        • This option is disabled for two-level Estimates
          
• Updated the Materials List Report modal to: 
  • Display Estimate table at the bottom of the modal
    
  • Include all three Estimate levels
    
  • Filter out Subcategories or Items that do not have the Material classification applied
    
• Updated Time Tracking Reports to include Division and Item number for Cost Codes in time shift records

CONTACTS

• Updated system logic to provide easy, immediate self-service correction when importing or exporting Contacts with missing Private Details 
  • When Exporting a Contact, ConstructionOnline™ now populates Public Details into fields where Private Details are blank
    • Private Details are always used first
      
    • If a Private Details value does not exist, ConstructionOnline™ will substitute the equivalent Public Details value
      
    • If both Private and Public Details are blank, the field will be left blank
      
  • When Importing a Contact, ConstructionOnline™ will update the Contact’s Private Details based on the values provided in the imported Excel file
    • Imported Contact Details will not override existing Contact Details 

CHECKLISTS & PUNCH LISTS

• Confirmed that Checklists and Punch Lists assign Editors and Viewers in accordance with the selected settings when duplicating an individual Checklist/Punch List or when creating a Project from a Project Template 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Ensured that total row calculations update immediately upon copying and pasting and/or duplication of Categories, Subcategories, and Items 

OPPORTUNITIES 

• Verified that Non-Admin Company Users with appropriate permissions can generate Estimate Proposals within Opportunities created from Project Templates with an “Inactive” Project Status

REDLINE™ TAKEOFF

• Updated system logic so that users can drop additional vertices using the 90° Polygon tool after mousing away from the origin point
  

MOBILE BROWSER

• Confirmed all Project Team members can access the three-dot action menu from browser access to ConstructionOnline™
  

CO™ MOBILE APP

• Ensured that the order of Client Selections Categories, Selections, and Selection Choices is mirrored between browser access to ConstructionOnline™ and the Mobile App
  
• Ensured that changes made to Multi-Line Change Order Line Items from the Mobile App save and display on the Mobile App
