As a part of providing cutting-edge construction management software, UDA releases regular updates, enhancements, and new features to its award-winning construction management platform—ConstructionOnline™. Recent additions to the platform include - 

ONPOINT™ PROPOSAL WIZARD

• Added new Custom Breakdowns options to the OnPoint Proposal Wizard
  • Company Users will find the new section directly beneath the Project Totals sections. 
    
  • Within the new section, Company Users can choose to Include Breakdown Tables, which summarize costs similarly to Classification breakdowns, for the following Estimate Columns 
    
    • Rooms
      
    • Phases
      
    • Stages
      
    • Trades
      
    • Types
      
    • Groups
      
    • Floors
      
    • Buildings 
      
  • Company Users may also independently elect to show any or all of the Estimate Columns within the Custom Breakdowns section on the Proposal so long as the Estimate table includes Items
• Updated system logic so that changes made to column widths on Estimate Proposals save when users create a new preset from the Proposal Settings
  

SPEED & PERFORMANCE 

• Improved speed and performance of OnCost™ Estimates, reducing load times from 10+ seconds to milliseconds 
  

PERMIT TRACKING 

• Added Permits to the list of Project elements that may be included when duplicating a Project. Duplicating a Project includes:
  • Creating a Project from a Project Template
    
  • Creating a Project Template from a Project
    
  • Copying a Project to create a new Project 

INBOUND EMAILS

• Confirmed Inbound Emails deliver to and load within ConstructionOnline in all instances
  

MESSAGES

• Ensured email responses to ConstructionOnline Message Conversations are delivered successfully in all instances 
  

PROJECTS

• Updated system logic so that hidden ClientLink™ / TeamLink™ upload Folders no longer display as Project content when a Project is created from a template that included the ClientLink/TeamLink User
  

REDLINE™

• Verified all Redline Markup displays and persists after being drawn in all instances 
  

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Confirmed ResourceTrak™ loads in its designated location and that any zoom settings persist in all instances 
  
• Updated system logic to ensure Schedule Tasks display on the correct date in all instances
