NOTIFICATIONS

• Email notifications will now direct users to the specific item for the following features: 
  
  • OnPlan™ Schedules

SPEED & PERFORMANCE 

• Enhanced OnPlan Scheduling so that load times are ~70x faster 
  
  • This enhancement significantly improves load times and responsiveness of large schedules with complex structures 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Added a “Last Edited” label to all Estimates
  

PHOTOS 

• Added the ability to sort Photo Albums by Date Taken

• Confirmed plans that are printed, emailed, or downloaded contain markup
  

FINANCIAL REPORTS

• Ensured Estimate Subcategories display as specified on Subcontractor Agreement Reports
  
• Updated system logic so that the Materials List Report now always uses Adjusted Quantity 
  

OPPORTUNITIES

• Verified creating an Opportunity from a Template generates a new Opportunity in all instances
  

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING 

• Updated system logic so that Contacts deleted from the Company Contact list no longer appear on printed Schedules as still assigned to their former Schedule Task(s). With this update, Contacts are removed from any assigned Schedule Tasks and will not appear on any further printed Schedules. 
  

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

• Confirmed ClientLink Users cannot view Approval/Rejection Dates for Change Orders they are not permitted to see from the Calendar displayed on the Portal’s Project Overview page 
  
  • The Calendar located on the Portal’s Project Overview page will only display dates for Change Orders the ClientLink/TeamLink User is assigned to when the “Only show [ClientLink/TeamLink] users the Change Orders they’re assigned to” permissions option has been enabled 
    

MISCELLANEOUS

• Updated phrasing on “Project Elements” tab within the “Create Project from Template” modal to read: “Choose the elements from this template to include in the new project”
