FINANCIAL REPORTS

• Added the ability to Filter by Visibility on the All Selections Report, Pending Selections Report, Selection Book, and Approved Choices Overview
  
  • Filter by Visibility options include: 
    
    • All - Default option selected 
      
    • Visible to Client - Filters report by Selections and respective Choices that have been marked as visible to clients in the ClientLink Portal
      
    • Not Visible to Client - Filters report by Selections and respective Choices that have been marked as not visible to clients in the ClientLink Portal 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING 

• Updated the warning message that appears when creating a 2-Level Estimate to read: 
  
  • “Continue with 2-Level Estimate Creation? Advanced estimating and reporting features are not available for 2-Level estimates. 2-Level Estimates are not compatible with: 
    • Costbooks, Items Database, and Assemblies
      
    • Redline™ Takeoff Integration
      
    • OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard
      
    • Custom Breakdowns (Room, Phase, Building, and more)”
      
• Updated system logic so that locking an Estimate Column now prevents an Estimate Excel import from updating the current value for the cells in that Column with the exception of the Quantity, Unit Cost, and Base Cost Columns 

OPPORTUNITIES 

• Verified one instance of an Opportunity appears within the Opportunities table upon creation 
  

LEAD TRACKING

• Confirmed Non-Admin Company Users with “Can View” Lead Tracking permissions may not perform edits in any instance 
  

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL 

• Verified Pending Change Order Due Date Events located on the Project Overview Calendar launch popovers similar to Rejected/Approved Change Order Events 
  

NOTIFICATIONS

• Ensured ClientLink and TeamLink Users receive proper email notifications for RFIs in all instances
