Committed to strengthening the features & functionality of ConstructionOnline™, UDA Technologies routinely releases regular updates, enhancements, and new tools to the award-winning construction management software. Recent additions include - 

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

• Added option to notify the Project Team when Redline™ Plans are uploaded
  
  • The “Upload Plans” process for Redline™ now includes seven steps 
    
  • Step #7 includes the option to select Project Team members for notification
    
    • All Project Team members are selected by default
      
    • Company Users can opt to publish the sheets and send email notifications or publish the sheets without sending notifications
      
    • If selected, the Project Team email notification includes a link to the Redline™ Sheets
      
      • Email notifications set to ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Users will not include a link to the Redline™ Sheets if the User does not have permission to view Redline™ Sheets
        
      • The email notification’s “From” field will populate with the Display Name of the User who uploaded the Sheets followed by "via ConstructionOnline"
        

REPORTS

• Users can now create Change Order Purchase Orders without a Project Estimate 
  
• Added options to include Item Images and/or Descriptions on Selection Purchase Orders
  • Options can be found by navigating to Financials > Financial Reports > Selections Report > Selection Purchase Order
    • Within the Details tab, options for including Item Descriptions and Item Images are located underneath Report Options
      • If the Include Item Descriptions option is enabled, the report will display Descriptions for Items that have Descriptions included
        
        • Descriptions will populate on a secondary row under the related Item
      • If the Include Item Images option is enabled, the report will display images for Items that have image attachments
        
        • Images will populate on a secondary row under the related Item
          
        • This option is disabled for two-level Estimates
• Added option to Include Item Images on the Estimating Purchase Order report

• Ensured the Opportunities table sorts by date in every instance 
  

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

• Confirmed that ClientLink™ Users who have Daily Logging permissions disabled do not receive notifications regarding Daily Logs being created or edited 

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Ensured relevant Contacts receive notifications when assigned as a Task Resource as well as when when an assigned Task is marked as “Completed”

COMPANY OVERVIEW

• Verified users can access the Custom Value Settings modals from the Log Details modal when using the Company Overview Daily Logging feature
