New "Creator" field added for Punch Lists and Checklists

• "Creator" field is a non-editable field that automatically populates the logged in user upon the creation of a new Punch List or Checklist
• "Creator" field is separate from fields for Editors and/or Viewers on Punch Lists and Checklists
• User named in the "Creator" field cannot be removed from the Punch List or Checklist, where conversely Editors and/or Viewers can be added or removed at any time.

Verified compatibility of Lead Events populated to the Company Calendar when the user's account is set to the 24-hour clock time format
