COMPANY REPORTING

• Added new Cost Code Report to TrueVision™ Company Reporting
  
  • A hybrid between a ConstructionOnline feature and report, the Cost Code Report allows users to select from multiple filters to generate a table displaying all objects across ConstructionOnline that have the selected Cost Code applied 
    
  • After navigating to TrueVision™ Company Reporting > Cost Codes and selecting the desired Cost Code Set and Cost Code, users can select from the following filters for more specific analysis:
    
    • Task/Item Type 
      
    • Start/Created Date
      
    • Project
      
    • Trade
      
    • Created By
      
    • Assigned To
      
    • Related Resources
      
  • Based on the selected filters, ConstructionOnline will generate a table which displays the Object Type, Project, Number (if the feature includes this property), Title, Status, Date Created, and Related Cost 
    
  • This information can be viewed within ConstructionOnline or exported to Excel using the gray three-dot action menu
