UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of UDA ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction project management platform, including -

TEMPLATES

Added new “Favorites” option for Project Templates, Estimate Templates, and Schedule Templates.

  • Just like "Favorite" Projects, Company Users can mark templates as “Favorites” using the star icon to the left of the template name, or by choosing the “Add to Favorites” option available via each template’s right-click menu. 
  • Favorite Templates appear at the top of the Project, Estimate, or Schedule Templates list for enhanced visibility and quick access.
  • Favorite Templates still also appear in the “All” Templates list.
  • Favorite Templates are user specific, so individual Company Users can “favorite” different templates based on their particular needs.
  • When choosing to “Create a Project, Estimate or Schedule from a Template,” the dropdown list of available Templates displays the “Favorite” Templates at the top of the list.

ESTIMATING

New column added to the Estimating Table to indicate the presence of Attachments for Estimate Line Items.

  • Company Users will find this column listed in the Show/Hide Columns for Estimating as “Attachments Link.
  • The presence of a paper clip icon in the “Attachments Link” column indicates that an Attachment is included in the Line Item Details for that Estimate Line Item. Conversely, when the column is empty (not displaying a paper clip icon), no Attachment(s) are presently included for the Estimate Line Item.
  • Clicking into the “Attachments Link” column will open the Line Item Details modal directly to the Attachments tab, where users can Preview Attachments, Save Attachments to the Project, Download Attachments, Remove Attachments, or Add New Attachments.

MESSAGING

  • Users can now “Print” Message Conversations
  • Updated Add Contacts function on the Actions Menu (...) in Messaging.
  • Users can use Click-and-Drag to select text in the text entry field of Messages and Draft Messages.
    • Note: Click-and-Drag functionality is not currently available for selecting text in Posted Messages. 

INVOICING

Updated Detailed Invoice Report options so that the ordering of included Line Items matches the ordering of the Line Items in the source Invoices.

SCHEDULING

  • Streamlined system loading of Multi-Project Schedule View, eliminating the need for a refresh of the page following the deletion of an open Schedule.
  • Updated Show/Hide Completed Tasks function to ensure expected display results in all applied instances.

REDLINE™ TAKEOFF

When viewing a Takeoff sheet, the Category and Subcategory Measurement indicators on the right sidebar indicate if there are existing Takeoff Measurements in the Category/Subcategory.

TO DOS

Added the ability to apply a Date Filter when choosing to Print To Dos

  • Date Range Selector added to the Print To Dos modal so that To Dos populating to the To Do Print Report may be filtered based on their Due Date or Completion Date.
  • If the user accesses the Print To Dos modal from the To Dos feature, then the filters applied to the user’s To Do View will automatically populate to the Print To Do modal and apply to the To Do Print Report.
