COMMENTS 

• Comments added for ConstructionOnline's Submittals.
  • Conveniently modeled after the Comments system previously implemented for ConstructionOnline's Client Selections, Change Orders, and Daily Logging. 
  • Key features include: 
    • Segmented comment threads

    • Unread comment indicators
  • Admin and Company Users with appropriate permissions can manage Comments directly from the "All Submittals" list by hovering over a Submittal.

CLIENTLINK™ PORTAL

• ClientLink Users with the appropriate permissions can add selection choices to Client Selections in all expected instances. 

COMPANY PROJECTS

• Confirmed that Projects created from a Project Template only include the Project Team members for that template. 

ONCOST™ PURCHASING

•  Bills generated from Purchase Orders accurately and consistently link to their corresponding parent Orders. 

COMPANY REPORTING 

• Estimate vs. Invoiced Reports correctly calculate QBO invoiced amounts for subcategories with linked Change Orders. 

TIME TRACKING

• Time Tracking Reports present Time Shifts in ascending order (oldest to newest). 

WARRANTY TRACKING 

• Deleting a Company User who is set as a Warranty Service Manager no longer disrupts warranty creation or saving configured Warranty Settings. 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• The order of options for the available Value Calculations on the Calculation Methods tab in all relevant areas has been adjusted for improved workflow and clarity. The new order is:
