TRUEVISION™ BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE 

• Expanded TrueVision Profitability & WIP Reports within Company Reporting
  
  • New Reports include -  
    
    • TrueVision Profitability & WIP Report: Generates a report showing a detailed breakdown of your project’s financial health including profit percentages 
      
    • Estimate WIP Report: Generates a Work in Progress Report for one or more your projects’ base estimate values 
      
    • Selections WIP Report: Generate a Work in Progress Report for one or more of your projects’ client selections values 
      
    • Change Order WIP Report: Generate a Work in Progress Report for one or more of your projects’ change order values
      
    • Total WIP Report: Generate a Work in Progress Report for one or more of your projects’ combined estimate, selection, & change order values 
      
  • Within the creation modal users can customize their report by selecting from the following options - 
    • Projects to Include 
      
      • Project(s): Select to run the WIP for a specific Project or “All” Projects 
        • The Project Item Count to the right of the Project(s) field will display the number of Projects that will be included in the report 
          
        • The Project(s) selected in this field will affect the fields/filters within the rest of the modal
          
      • Report Detail Level: Select the level of detail for the report for single Project WIPs only
        
        • Options include: Categories, Subcategories, Items, or Classifications 
          
        • This option is disabled for multi-project WIPs, the Selection WIP Report, and the Change Order WIP Report
          
    • Project Filters 
      
      • Filters are only made available if the user chooses to generate the WIP for “All” Projects 
        
      • Filter options include - 
        
        • Project Type
          
        • Group
          
        • Stage
          
        • Category
          
        • Office
          
        • Division
          
        • Region
          
    • Project Value Range to Include: Enter a Minimum and/or Maximum value 
      • The WIP will include any Project(s) that have Estimates with a Base Contract Price that falls within the designated value range 
    • Date Range to Include: Enter a Start and/or End date 
      
      • The WIP will include any Project(s) that have Schedule Tasks that fall within the designated date range
    • Report File Name: Set the File Name for the Report 
      
      • ConstructionOnline™ sets the File Name by default to [Name of Report Type][Date]
• Made Milestone colors available within Multi-Project Scheduling
• Ensured that clicking-and-dragging on Schedules within Multi-Project Scheduling is successful in all instances 

CLIENTLINK™ / TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

• Verified Company Users do not have to modifying a ClientLink/TeamLink User’s account when previewing the ClientLink/TeamLink Portal as the ClientLink/TeamLink User 

CO™ MOBILE APP

• Confirmed ClientLink/TeamLink Users with appropriate Punch List / Checklist permissions can add Item Issues within the Item Issues View in all instances
