CHANGE ORDERS

• Confirmed Change Order Approval notifications send to users in accordance with the user’s notification settings 
  

FILES

• Verified that when sharing multiple Files via email, the “Download this Image” button downloads a zip file rather than opening a new browser tab
  
• Updated the Subject Line and Body copy of the notification email for sharing multiple Files 
  

LEAD TRACKING

• Ensured files exported to Excel include all Leads displayed in accordance with the filters applied to the table 
  

COMPANY PROJECTS

• Confirmed Project Templates display To Dos that are part of the Project Template
  

OPPORTUNITIES

• Ensured Selection Choices appear on the Selection sheet of an Opportunity Estimate
  
• Confirmed users can remove Related Leads from the Opportunities Detail modal
  

MESSAGES

• Updated system logic so that “Sent” Messages are no longer perpetually listed as “Draft” Messages
  • In instances where a user types in the Add Reply text area and then waits for the text to autosave, the Message will appear as a “Draft” Message
    
  • In instances where a user types in the Add Reply text area and then sends the draft before it is autosaved, the Message will appear as a “Sent” Message and no “Draft” Message will be created 
    
  • In instances where a user types in the Add Reply text area, waits for the text to autosave, and then sends the Message, the Message will appear as a “Sent” Message and no “Draft” Message will be created 
    

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Verified Date Filters are applied to the Schedule Summary Report in all instances
  

RFIs 

• Updated system logic so that RFIs with “Sent” Responses and “Draft” Responses display the “Sent” Response, but not the “Draft” Response
  
  • For RFI Summaries (that include all RFIs) that have a RFI with both a “Draft” Response and a “Sent” Response, the “Draft” Responses will not be included
    
  • For RFI Summaries for a single RFI that includes both a “Draft” Response and a “Sent” Response, the “Draft” Responses will also not be included
    

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Confirmed correct Allowance amounts export when Client Selections are exported to Excel in all instances
  • Corner cases may exist in which amounts may be +/- 0.01 due to rounding
    
• Verified that when duplicating Categories, Selections, or Selection Choices, the duplicate item appears immediately subsequent to the source item
  
• Updated system logic so that users can now designate the item name when duplicating a Selection or Selection Choice
  
• Ensured edits made to the Date Ordered, Date Due, Date Expected, and Date Delivered columns from the Selections Summary View save in all instances
  

REDLINE™ TAKEOFF

• Updated system logic so that hiding the currently selected layer now shifts the user to a visible layer in all instances
