ConstructionOnline™ Publish Report for the Week of June 13, 2022

UDA Technologies continues to invest in the speed & stability of UDA ConstructionOnline™ with regular updates, enhancements, and new features added to the award-winning construction project management platform, including - 

MESSAGING

• Multi-Select capabilities added to Messaging
  • Users can now select multiple Message Conversations at a time
  • Menu options available for a multi-conversation selection are depending on the selected Message Status View:
    • Active: Add Contact(s) or Archive Conversation
    • Archived: Activate Conversation or Delete Conversation
    • Draft: Delete Draft

REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFIs)

• New RFIs and replies to existing RFIs can now be saved in a "Draft" state, which automatically saves user-entered content prior to sending the RFI or reply. 
  • Users can also manually save a RFI "Draft" using the "Save Draft" action button included on the RFI creation modal
  • RFI Drafts are stored on the new "Draft" tab
  • Existing RFIs with "Draft" replies are marked with a red pencil icon
  • Saved "Draft" RFIs and replies are only visible to the Draft's Creator
  • Drafts are removed after the user sends the RFI or deletes the Draft

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Controls have been added to Client Selections to allow users to designate which Selections & subsequent Choices are visibile for ClientLink™ Contacts in the ClientLink™ Portal. Users will find that they are able to choose between two visibility settings in the Selections Detail Modal:
  • This Selection and its Choices will be visible to clients in the ClientLink™ Portal if they have permissions to view Selections. 
  • This Selection and its Choices will not be visible to clients in the ClientLink™ Portal, regardless of their permission settings. 

CONTACTS

• Updated systems logic as applied to the deletion of Company Contacts to streamline the removal of Company Contacts in necessary circumstances. 

DARK MODE

• Updated Dark Mode Styling for the options displayed when creating Costbooks Items using the inline creation method for the following fields:
  • Classification
  • Purchase Unit
  • Unit of Measure

PROJECT HEALTH

• Project Score and Project Scorecard views now update and load to completion following the addition of a New Company Employee

PUNCH LISTS

• Updated signature controls within Print Punch List Reports function to ensure consistent results in all instances
