UDA ConstructionOnline Weekly Publish Report for the Week of June 22, 2026 | Construction Project Management Software Updates

To keep ConstructionOnline™ at the forefront of the construction management industry, innovation never stops at UDA Technologies. This week's release introduces Tags for Daily Logs and Files & Photos, expanded Schedule Excel Exports, and targeted improvements across Company Reporting, Opportunities, and more.

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

  • The Schedule Excel Export has been expanded with enhanced filtering options and greater column control, giving construction teams more flexibility in how schedule data is captured and shared. 
    • The export modal now pre-populates with any filters actively applied in the Scheduling feature at the time of export, saving time on manual setup.  
    • New filter options include ResourceStatusTradePriorityTask Type, Tags, Type, Key Role, Completion Statusand Date Range.
    • Column visibility now defaults to each user's saved Schedule List View settings, with options to include or exclude fields such as Baseline Start/EndProjected Man-Hrs, Cost Code, Task Notes, Field Notes, Sub Notes, and more. 
    • Schedule and Baseline sections now stack vertically, providing more horizontal space to display full project and schedule names. 

TAGS

  • Tags can now be applied to Daily Logs and Files & Photos, expanding ConstructionOnline's custom labeling capabilities across project management and document storage.

CONTACT MANAGEMENT 

  • Non-Admin Company Users added to projects from the Projects tab of their Contact Details are now assigned with accurate global permissions and current project associations

COSTBOOKS 

  • Costbooks can now be created directly from Opportunity Estimates, giving construction teams a faster path from early cost planning to a fully structured Costbook. 

FILES

  • Converting a user between TeamLink and ClientLink now updates the associated Files folder to reflect the user's new Contact type. 
  • Duplicating a project now consistently replicates the associated files and folder structure, preserving organization across the new project. 
  • Enhanced file handling delivers faster, more secure file access across accounts.

MEETING MINUTES

  •  Meetings now include a Transcript field, providing a dedicated space to save and reference meeting discussions directly within ConstructionOnline. 

OPPORTUNITIES

  • The Opportunity Overview table now displays the Opportunity Number, making Opportunities easier to identify and reference at a glance.  

COMPANY PROJECTS 

  • Project Search now remembers previous search terms, saving time and streamlining project navigation.  

PROJECT HEALTH

  • The Time Tracking widget within Project Health now loads consistently for improved dashboard reliability. 

PUBLIC PROFILE

  • The Lead Capture form now correctly sends notifications upon lead creation, supporting faster follow-up and more consistent sales workflows.

ONCOST™ PURCHASING

  • Bill and Payment calculations now handle rounding with greater precision, ensuring fully paid Bills are accurately reflected as paid. 

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

  • Markup now prints in the correct position on Redline Sheets for accurate and reliable plan output. 

COMPANY REPORTING

  • The Opportunity Overview Report has been expanded with new filtering options and an improved layout, giving users greater control over how Opportunity data is viewed and analyzed. 
    • New filters include Related LeadOfficeRegionDivisionand Tags
    • Report Options have been reorganized for a cleaner, more intuitive experience, with refined spacing and updated styling. 

RFIs

  • The RFI list now loads reliably across all projects, including projects with RFIs authored by users who are no longer active within the company. 

TIME TRACKING 

  • Users now appear only once within the Time Tracking Resource filter, supporting more precise time data filtering. 

TO DOs

  • A Created By column has been added to To Dos, giving teams greater visibility into task ownership across projects. 
  • To Dos created from a Project Template now inherit the original creator as designated within the template, preserving accurate assignments and private To Do visibility.
