ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of June 23, 2025

Continuous improvement is the foundation of ConstructionOnline, and the ConstructionOnline Team remains committed to optimizing performance, expanding capabilities, and introducing cutting-edge new features to their award-winning construction management software. The latest updates include - 

COMMENTS 

• Comments added for ConstructionOnline's Daily Logging.
  • Conveniently modeled after the Comments system previously implemented for ConstructionOnline's Client Selections and Change Orders.
  • Users can now efficiently communicate and collaborate directly on Daily Logs, leveraging familiar tools such as the segmented comment thread, comment visibility controls, and unread comment indicators.
  • Access to Comments in ConstructionOnline and/or via the ClientLink/TeamLink Portals is governed by the related feature's permissions. 
    • Admin Users and Company Users with the appropriate permissions can access and manage Comments on Daily Logs directly from a button on each log in the "Daily Logging" list and through a dedicated "Comments" tab within the log's editing modal.
    • When Daily Logging is enabled within ClientLink Settings, Comments may be shared with any/all of the Project's ClientLink Contacts.
    • When Daily Logging is enabled within TeamLink Settings, Comments may be shared with any/all of the Project's TeamLink Contacts. 
  • Comments are also integrated into broader ConstructionOnline features, including the bell icon in the Company Navigation Bar (located in the top right-hand corner when logged in via web browser) and the Comments widget on My Agenda View, ensuring users stay informed with new comment notifications across the platform. 

CALENDARS 

• Upgraded both Project and Company Calendars to allow for the selection of multiple options for a single filter. When multiple options are chosen, the calendar will display events that match any of the selected criteria. This powerful enhancement applies to the following filters - 
  • Resource
  • Project Type
  • Project Group
  • Project Stage
  • Project Category
  • Office
  • Division
  • Region
  • Trade
  • Event Type
  • Cost Code 

FILES 

• Enhanced file download functionality to consistently preserve file names upon download, including those that contain spaces. 

COMPANY PROJECTS 

• Verified that the To Do button within Project Template "Details"  navigates to the template's To Dos as intended. 
• Improved the loading of the Project Map on the Project Overview feature page for consistent and accurate display. 

PROJECT HEALTH 

• Confirmed that the blue "Go to Project Scorecard" hyperlink, located at the top right of the Project Health feature page, correctly loads the Project Health Scorecard. 

COMPANY REPORTING 

• Verified that all report modals consistently and accurately launch from the Company Reporting feature. 
• Reviewed and verified that Invoice Print Reports are generated correctly in all instances. 

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Updated schedule page loading to ensure that Schedule Column Headers appear below the Schedule Ribbon Toolbar, ensuring consistent, optimal visibility and accessibility for seamless navigation and planning. 

 CONTACTS

• Verified that unchecking the "Primary Company Contact" box within a Primary Contact's Company Contact Details consistently updates their status in the Contact Blade. 
• Optimized the action buttons on the Contact Details modal for full accessibility across all screen sizes.
