MESSAGES 

• Added ability to create Message Templates
  
  • Users will now find two options when adding a New Conversation or replying to an existing Conversation anywhere users can utilize Messages 
    
    • [Conversation] or [Reply] from Scratch
      
    • [Conversation] or [Reply] from Template 
      
  • Templates can be created, edited, duplicated, deleted, and/or archived from the newly added Templates tab within Messaging features 
    • Company Administrators can use, duplicate, create, edit, and delete any Company Message Templates
    • Non-Admin Company Users (NACU) can use, create, and/or duplicate any Company Message Template
      
      • NACUS can edit and/or delete any Message Templates for which they are the Creator (including those they have duplicated from Templates created by other users) 
  • Templates can contain the following information - 
    
    • Template Title - *required 
    • Template Type 
    • Recipients 
      
      • To: 
      • CC: 
      • BCC: 
    • Related Project 
    • Message Details 
      
      • Subject 
      • Message 
    • Attachments 

TO DOS 

• Enhanced the speed & performance of the To Do service call from 50-60 seconds to approximately 2-3 seconds to ensure faster load times for Company To Dos 
  

PROJECT OVERVIEW 

• Ensured the Messages QuickLink tile on the Project Overview page does not display Unread Message flags when no Unread Messages exist 

PUBLIC PROFILE

• Added “The Aluminum Association of Florida Inc.” as a selectable organization badge for display on the Public Profile
  

REDLINE™ PLANROOM / TAKEOFF

• Verified that sheets can be printed, downloaded, and shared from within Planroom in all instances 
  

CONTACTS 

• Confirmed users can open and save changes made to multiple different Companies successively in all instances 
  

LEAD TRACKING

• Ensured Daily and Weekly views for the Lead Calendar display the appropriate information based on the current user’s permissions

REPORTS

• Confirmed that Change Order and Client Selections reports can be created if the Project does not contain an Estimate

CO™ MOBILE 

• Verified To Dos can be saved from the CO™ Mobile App in all instances
