This week's release introduces enhanced reliability across Change Orders and Messaging, expanded Lead Tracking capabilities, and new Tagging functionality in the ConstructionOnline mobile app.

CHANGE ORDERS

  • Email notifications are delivered consistently to Company Users with notifications enabled and all Assigned Resources as new Change Orders are created. 
  • When generating a Change Order Report for a project without existing Change Orders, ConstructionOnline now prompts users to create a new Change Order, helping to streamline report creation workflows.

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

  • Estimate creation now ensures only one creation option can be selected, delivering a more intuitive setup experience. 

LEAD TRACKING

  • Projects created from Leads now include Lead Attachments as Project Files, ensuring important project documentation is carried forward seamlessly. 

MESSAGING

  • Messages created by Leads now send email notifications as expected, supporting timely follow-up and consistent communication with prospective clients. 

COMPANY REPORTING

  • The Detailed Proposal Report now features more consistent spacing for improved readability. 
  • The Change Order Overview now includes paid amounts from linked Invoices, providing a more complete view of Change Order payment status. 

MISC

  • Custom Value Lists can now be sorted alphabetically, making it easier to locate and manage list values. 
    • A new Restore Default option restores deleted default values, resets the default list order, and preserves Custom Values below the default entries. 

CO MOBILE

  • Tags can now be applied to Submittals and RFIs in the ConstructionOnline mobile app, bringing enhanced organization and filtering to key field workflows.
