ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of June 9, 2025

Driving innovation in construction management, UDA consistently delivers updates, enhancements, and new features to ConstructionOnline, equipping construction professionals worldwide with powerful tools and smart solutions. This week's updates include - 

COMPANY REPORTING

•  New custom watermarks introduced for financial reports.
  • Company Users can conveniently create and apply watermarks to the following reports: 
    • Detailed Proposal 
    • Simple Estimate Proposal 
  • Users have the flexibility to:
    • Set a report preset to automatically include a Document Watermark for estimate proposals.
    • Define the watermark's text, color, and style. 
• Enhanced the Request for Quote (RFQ) report, offering more detailed insights: 
  • The following columns are now available and can be used to filter report data for 3-level Estimates: 
    • Room
    • Phase
    • Group
    • Type
    • Trade
    • Stage
  • Added an Orientation option, allowing users to generate the RFQ in either Portrait or Landscape mode.    
    • However, if 5 or more display columns are selected, the report will automatically generate in Landscape mode for optimal viewing. 
• Introduced new customization options to Project Summary reports, allowing users to include Project Team members based on their Contact Type (i.e. Company Employees, ClientLink Users, TeamLink Users, etc). 

CHECKLISTS/PUNCH LISTS

• Added new search parameters for Checklists and Punch Lists, allowing users to search by:  
  • Room 
  • Location

CLIENTLINK™/TEAMLINK™ PORTAL

• Confirmed that Daily Logs load consistently and accurately when accessed from Agenda View. 
• Ensured that the Company Logo displayed in the Left Sidebar is appropriately sized and positioned in all instances, preventing any potential disruptions when attempting to access navigation controls.   

COMPANY PROJECTS

• Ensured that Company Projects correctly populate within the Left Sidebar in all instances.

REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFIs)

• Verified that all Contacts CC'd on a RFI receive appropriate email notifications: 
  • Creation 
  • Modifications
  • Resends 
• Confirmed that the RFI Status Breakdown dashboard properly renders the RFI ring graphs. 
  

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING

• Optimized Estimate table updates, resulting in faster recalculation after line item cost data changes. 

REDLINE™

• Users can now lock individual Redline markup items to prevent unintentional repositioning or unauthorized modifications.  
  • Admin Users have the ability to unlock any locked item, while Company Users may only unlock items they have previously locked. 
• Added the Eraser tool, which allows users to remove Freehand drawings and Highlighter markups, either partially or entirely, by adjusting the eraser's size.
