ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of March 17, 2025

As a part of providing cutting-edge construction management software, UDA releases regular updates, enhancements, and new features to its award-winning construction management platform—ConstructionOnline™. Recent additions to the platform include -

INVOICING

Expanded Report Options available when creating and printing Detailed and/or Summary Invoices:

Select Columns to Include on the Invoice
- Item/Service Price
- Item/Service Percentage
- Paid to Date for this Invoice
- Total Remaining for this Invoice
- Invoiced to Date (%)
- Invoiced to Date ($)
- Total Remaining to Invoice
  Note: Options to Select Columns to Include on the Invoice exclusively apply to Detailed Invoice Reports, as Summary Invoice Reports do not include Line Item Details.
Include Signature Line(s)
Populate Remaining Balance value in the "Please Pay" section
- When this option is not selected, the Invoice Total is displayed by default in the "Please Pay" section on the Invoice Report
Insert Default Text
- Insert Upper Default Text Block which will display between the Bill To / Project information and the Invoice table
- Insert Lower Default Text Block which will display between the Totals section and the option Signature section
Invoice Totals breakdown has been restructured to include -
- Invoice Total
- Paid to Date
- Remaining to be Paid
Full-screen mode has been added for the Invoice Report Options modal

LEAD TRACKING

When selected, Lead Filters apply correctly and consistently to the Lead Overview Report, meaning that only information that falls within the parameters of the Filters will populate to the report.
Reminders for Lead Events do not send - in any circumstance - once the related Lead Event has been completed.
Embedded Lead Capture Forms have been updated to streamline submissions and prevent multiple repeat submissions. Once the "Submit" button has been clicked to confirm the initial submission, the button will no longer be available.
- The lead/contact would need to initiate a new session to access a new instance of the Lead Capture Form if an additional submission was required.

PROJECTS

When selected, Project Filters apply correct and consistently to an Export of the Project List to Excel. Specifically, if the option to "Hide Archived Projects" has been selected on the Project table, only Active Projects will be included in the export.

SCHEDULING

Even in instances where disrupted predecessor relationships are present, Project Schedules may be printed without fail.
XML Schedule Imports correctly recognize and assign Associated Resources to Schedule Tasks.

TRANSMITTALS

Added option allowing Company Users the ability to Duplicate Transmittals
- Duplicating a Transmittal will automatically populate the Transmittal Number - incrementally, based on the highest numeric value for existing Transmittals on the Project.
