BID TRACKING

ConstructionOnline's Bid Tracking now includes several enhancements designed to simplify how construction teams manage and track bid activity. New capabilities include: 

• Tags: Categorize and filter bid records using customizable tags to keep bidding activity organized and easy to navigate.

• Multi-Select & Bulk Edits: Update multiple bid records simultaneously, eliminating the need to edit entries individually. 
• Excel Export: Export bid data to Excel for additional analysis, reporting, or external review.
• Bidder to TeamLink™ User: Convert a winning bidder directly into a TeamLink User without re-entering information. 

FINANCIAL DASHBOARDS

Expanded dashboard customization now allows users to tailor how key metrics are displayed. Customizable Widget layouts are now supported across additional dashboards, including:

ONCOST™ PURCHASING

• Purchase Orders now consistently support adding Additional Items during creation or editing, including when building Purchase Orders from scratch. 

QBO INTEGRATION

• Improved QuickBooks Online Integration for importing Expenses, with optimized batching for better performance when syncing large expense volumes. 

COMPANY REPORTING

• Request for Quote reports now generate with table formatting optimized to fit properly within the page layout, ensuring clearer and more consistent report presentation.
