ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of March 23, 2026

Driving innovation in construction management, UDA continues to deliver updates, enhancements, and new features to ConstructionOnline, equipping construction professionals worldwide with powerful tools and smarter solutions. This week's updates introduce an Excel Export for Payment Applications and a new Billed to Date column in OnCost™ Estimating, along with targeted improvements across Files, Invoicing, Messaging, and more. 

PAYMENT APPLICATIONS

• Payment Applications now support Excel Export, giving construction teams greater flexibility to work with payment data outside of the platform. 
• Rejected Payment Applications now print as expected for consistent project documentation records. 

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING 

• The Estimate table now includes a "Billed to Date" column, providing construction teams a clear, real-time view of billing progress directly within Estimates. 
  • Included by default in the Advanced Estimate, Job Costing, and Invoicing Estimate views.
    • Users can customize column visibility per view, with a Restore Defaults option that resets column customizations, making default columns—like the Billed to Date column—visible once again.
  • Value populate the Billed to Date column based on Bill items linked to Estimate items; Estimate items without linked Bill items display an empty cell. 
  • The Project Totals sheet display the sum of the Billed to Date values at the subcategory level.
  • Draft Bill line items are excluded from calculations. 
  • The Billed to Date column is not included in Takeoff and CO&M sheets. 

FILES

• Deleted Files and Folders can now be restored quickly and consistently, supporting uninterrupted file recovery workflows. 

• Custom Folder Permissions now save as expected for each designated user when applied across multiple users, ensuring accurate access control.

INVOICING

• Detailed Invoices print as expected under all conditions, including cases where CO&M line items contain any zero-percent values. 

MESSAGING

• Messaging now maintains consistent line spacing across Message views, draft composition, and email notifications—delivering a cleaner, more readable communication experience. 

CLIENTLINK™ PORTAL

• ClientLink Users with the appropriate permissions can now access Delay Logs directly from the Portal. 
  

PROJECT TEAM

• Projects created from a Project Template exclusively trigger notifications for Non-Admin Company Users who are assigned to the Project Team. 

ONCOST™ PURCHASING 

• Purchase Order Acceptance now includes a confirmation step, giving users greater confidence and control before finalizing acceptance. 

COMPANY REPORTING

• The Project Team Report now offers flexible sorting options, making it easier to organize team data and find the right information faster. 

  • Sort by Name, Company, Type, or Email
  • Choose Ascending or Descending order
    

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Selection Payments entered manually now save reliably, ensuring payment records are accurately updated.
