ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of March 3, 2025

Driving innovation in construction management, UDA consistently delivers updates, enhancements, and new features to ConstructionOnline, equipping construction pros worldwide with powerful tools and smart solutions. This week’s updates include – 

MULTI-PROJECT SCHEDULING

• New "Print" option introduced for Multi-Project Scheduling, part of TrueVision™ Business Intelligence in ConstructionOnline.
  • Provides Company Users with a convenient option for printing the Gantt Chart view from within Multi-Project Scheduling. 
  • "Print" function for Multi-Project Scheduling exports the Gantt Chart view as a .PNG file, which compresses the data sufficiently for printing while ensuring the data quality is not impacted. 
  • Supports up to 150 schedules and/or any timespan encompassing up to 150 months. System alerts will notify the user if/when they have exceeded the print limits. 

DAILY LOGGING

• Visitor Logs always display the associated Visitor Name on the Daily Log Activity Card, and consistently do so in instances where the Visitor Name is not a saved ConstructionOnline Contact but rather a custom item manually added during log creation. 

MESSAGES

• Contacts added to existing Message Conversations - including Lead Message Conversations - are able to view all subsequent Messages and/or Replies in that Conversation Thread. 

PROJECTS

• When creating a New Project from an existing Project Template, any Checklists saved to the Project Template are correctly and completely included in the New Project. 

PUBLIC PROFILE

• Streamlined application of updates to Profile Banner and Logo to ensure changes are correctly committed to Public Profile Settings and reflected on the Public Profile interface. 

ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION

• For ConstructionOnline Company Accounts that have enabled accounting integration with QuickBooks™ Online, Company Users can successfully create new QuickBooks Customers from within ConstructionOnline. 

ONCOST™ PURCHASING

• Expanded support for special characters in text data fields within Purchasing to ensure successful creation and modification of construction Purchase Orders, Bills, Expenses, Receipts, and Payments. 
• Optimized display of Purchase Orders, Bills, and Payments to include Cost Codes for Change Order line items.
