CLIENTLINK/TEAMLINK PORTALS
- Introduced the new "All Projects" view for My Agenda in the ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Portals.
- Confirmed that switching between Projects within the Portals functions as expected.
COMPANY PROJECTS
- Added the option to designate an individual ClientLink User as the Primary Client on any given Project.
- The Primary Client is selected by default as the Primary Customer when integrating with QuickBooks Online.
- The Primary Client populates to relevant ConstructionOnline Reports, including but not limited to Estimate Proposals, Change Order Proposals, Estimate Summary Reports, Punch Lists, Checklists, and more.
- Users can now include Opportunity Details within Project Templates, further streamlining the process of creating new Opportunities.
- ConstructionOnline Company Users can search the Company Projects List using the related Project Number.
OPPORTUNITIES
- ConstructionOnline Company Accounts no longer reference Account Project Limits when a Company User attempts to create an Opportunity or Project Template.
- Company Users can view and access Pending Opportunities, specifically when selecting a File Upload / Transfer destination.
PUNCH LISTS
- New Automated Reminder System introduced for construction Punch Lists
- Conveniently modeled after the Reminder System previously implemented for ConstructionOnline's Permit Tracking, Insurance Tracking, Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, Change Orders, and Client Selections
- Automated Reminders key off of the Punch List Item "Due Date"
- Default Email Templates are provided for the following instances -
- Punch List Due Date Upcoming
- Punch List Overdue
- Punch List Due Today
- Users can edit and/or add Email Templates to further customize messages included with scheduled email reminders
- When setting up Automated Email Reminders for Punch Lists, users can configure multiple components, including -

- Internal and CC: / BCC: Recipients
COST CODES
- Reviewed and verified the accurate and consistent import of two-level Cost Codes.
ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION
- Enhanced Accounting Integration within Project Estimates to expand access to additional Purchasing options, now including new "Send" features and updated modals for smoother operations.
CERTIFICATE TRACKING
- Ensured that changes made to the Certified Resource(s) within a Certification are accurately reflected in the "Certificates" dynamic table.
- Verified that applying a License to all employees within a Licensed Company automatically adds these Contacts as External Recipients for automated reminders.
WARRANTY TRACKING
- Improved the Calendar table view on smaller screens, ensuring that Service Appointment Names are displayed in full.
DAILY LOGGING
- Confirmed that Advanced Daily Logs that use Schedule Task data correctly process and display dates in accordance with the user's chosen Date Format -
