CHANGE ORDERS

• Added the option to include signature lines on Change Order Proposals 
  
• Modified the structure of Change Order Summary Reports to include Cost Codes
  
  • The following fields are now required to create a Change Order Summary Report: 
    • Name 
      
    • Type - required column for the Change Order Summary by Type 
      
    • Reason - required column for the Change Order Summary by Reason 
      
  • The following fields are now optional when creating a Change Order Summary Report: 
    
    • No. (Number)
      
    • Cost Code
      
    • Description
      
    • Submitted
      
    • Approved
      
    • Status
      
    • Client Price
      
    • Type - only if is is not a required column for the selected report
      
    • Reason - only if is is not a required column for the selected report
