NOTIFICATIONS

• Email notifications will now direct users to the specific item for the following features: 
  
  • Daily Logging
  • To Dos

PROJECTS

• Users now have the ability to search Projects by Address. The search will now include matches for Street Address, City, State, ZIP, and Country
  

PUNCH LISTS

• Added a new Item Issue Report for Punch Lists which allows users to generate reports specifically showing any Item Issues associated with Punch List Items
  
  • This report can be generated for all Punch Lists or a specific Punch List within a Project
    

RFIs

• Added a popover and system message to the RFI creation modal that informs users about RFI notification emails. With the updated system logic, users are now informed that they should use the “Create RFI & Send Emails” button to trigger notification emails by: 
  
  • New popover for the “Create RFI” and “Save Draft” buttons that indicates these options do not trigger email notifications
    
  • New message that appears after the “Create RFI” button is selected that informs users email notifications have not been triggered and directs them on how to do so if they wish
    
• Updated system logic so that users creating RFIs will receive email notifications in instances where the creator is either listed as a primary recipient (within the “To:” field) or as a CC’d contact
  

REDLINE™

• Added pagination controls to the Redline Version Set feature so that users with more than 25 Version Sets in a single Project can access all of their Version Sets
  

COSTBOOKS

• Ensured Costbooks and Costbook Items can be moved and saved to different locations in all instances 
  

FILES

• Verified optimal system performance when users delete Folders and/or Albums from ClientLink or TeamLink Files
  

TRUEVISION™ BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE 

• Confirmed TrueVision Profit Reports export manual and QBO Actuals correctly in all instances 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Updated the button within email notifications to display “View Announcements” instead of “View the Project” 
  

CHECKLISTS

• Confirmed users can open Checklist Details for newly created items immediately upon creation 
  

DAILY LOGGING

• Verified Safety Logs trigger notifications in all instances
