NOTIFICATIONS

• Email notifications will now direct users to the specific item for the following features: 
  
  • Announcements
    
  • Change Orders

CONTACTS

• Users now have the ability to search Contacts by Address. The search will now include matches for Street Address, City, State, ZIP, and Country
  

LEAD TRACKING

• Users now have the ability to search Leads by Address. The search will now include matches for Street Address, City, State, ZIP, and Country
  

PROJECTS

• Improved Project load times during initial load sequence which dramatically improves overall load times for ConstructionOnline 
  

ANNOUNCEMENTS 

• Improved the Contact selection step of the Announcement creation wizard by: 
  
  • Adding a ‘Search’ bar above the Contacts table that returns matches for Contacts by Name and Email 
    
  • Ensuring Contact circles display the user’s avatar image when applicable
    

GAMEPLANS

• Ensured expired Trial users will no longer receive GamePlan Emails, and GamePlans created by users that are a part of Companies with a free or deactivated subscription level will not be sent 
  

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Updated system logic so that importing a Schedule that has been exported from ConstructionOnline will discard any Task Resource assignments  for Contacts who do not exist on the importing user’s Contact list
