New CRM Integration! ConstructionOnline now integrates seamlessly with HubSpot—one of the world's most trusted CRM platforms—bringing sales and project management together for a more unified, efficient workflow.

• Connect your ConstructionOnline + HubSpot accounts to automatically or manually sync leads between both platforms, keeping potential client information accurate and consistent across systems.

• The HubSpot Integration setup includes a simple configuration wizard that guides you through connecting accounts, selecting sync preferences, and optionally enabling an initial automatic sync to instantly align data across both platforms. 
  
  • Easily configure import and export triggers for the automatic syncing of contacts based on: 
    • Lead Status in HubSpot
    • Lead Stage in ConstructionOnline
  • When automatic syncing between platforms is enabled, Contacts that meet the defined triggers will be immediately created or updated accordingly—helping to eliminate duplicate entry, communication gaps, and missed opportunities.

CHANGE ORDERS 

• Clicking away from a Costbook line item in the financial data table of a Multi-Line Change Order no longer resets the line item to its default Costbook value.
  

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Schedule tasks now display in the correct order on printed schedules, with ConstructionOnline ensuring the sort value in the schedule matches what appears in the report. 

COMMENTS

• Comments made by ClientLink and TeamLink Users in the comment blade correctly include those users in the Assigned Resources list for the comment. 

QBO INTEGRATION 

• Enhanced the matching of customer names with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to ensure Actuals import seamlessly into ConstructionOnline.
