FINANCIAL REPORTS

• Added new Subcontractor Agreement Report which can be used as a contract for materials and labor from an Estimate or from Non-Estimate Line Items
  

OPPORTUNITIES 

• Opportunities now have Opportunity Status controls which can be accessed through the “Opportunity Status” tab in the Opportunity Details modal
  
  • Opportunity Status behavior mirrors Project Status behavior in that a “Pending” Status means Opportunity activity notifications are disabled and a “Live” Status enables Opportunity activity notifications 
    
  • Please note when an Opportunity is converted to a Project, the Opportunity’s current Status will be applied to the newly created Project
    

REDLINE™

• Updated Redline Sheet Upload and Processing modals to include links to Knowledge Base articles regarding Redline Sheet Upload Best Practices
  
• Ensured Private Markup is properly visible to Assigned Resources in all instances 
  

CHANGE ORDERS

• Verified ClientLink Users with “Will receive Change Order email notifications” Change Order permissions enabled will receive email notifications regarding Change Orders. However, please note: 
  • The Project Status must be set to “Live” in order for ClientLink Users to receive email notifications regarding Change Orders
    
    • If notification frequency is set to “Immediate,” individual email notifications will be sent for Change Order activity
      
    • If notification frequency is set to “Every Two Hours,” “Every Four Hours,” or “Once Daily,” Change Order activity will appear on the Activity Summary email 
      
  • Users with “Only show ClientLink Users the Change Order they’re assigned to” permissions will only receive email notifications for Change Orders they’ve been assigned to
    

FILES

• Confirmed all downloaded files include a file extension
