ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING 

• Established that To Dos connected to Schedule Tasks via SmartLink™ now display Subtasks

ACCOUNTING INTEGRATION

• Added the ability to designate Basic Contacts as the Primary Customer for accounting integrations

SPEED & PERFORMANCE

• Performed a series of optimizations and improvements targeted at enhancing the performance of the Photostream™ including - 
  
  • Establishing limitations on the maximum duration of the timeframe within Recent Files & Photos (Company Overview), the Project Photostream, Punch List & Checklist Photostreams, and the Daily Logging Photostream
  • Removing the “All” option from the list of available Date Ranges 
  • Establishing a Date Range maximum of one year and updated logic so that attempting to set a longer duration automatically truncates the Photostream to one year

NOTIFICATIONS

• Ensured Archived Projects no longer send out Invoice Reminders 
• Verified when converting an Opportunity to a Project, Company Users are prompted to invite related Leads as ClientLink™ and/or TeamLink™ Members, except in instances where the Company does not have access to the ClientLink/TeamLink Portal via their ConstructionOnline subscription
• Confirmed Reminders for Insurance & Certificate Tracking and Permit Tracking are sent successfully in all instances

ONCOST™ ESTIMATING 

• Confirmed the Estimate vs. Actuals Report accounts for unapproved Selections 
• Verified estimate data exports successfully, specifically in an isolated instance of Exporting for Reference

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT 

• Ensured that the OnPlan Scheduling Add-On grants complete access and scheduling capabilities at the Project level

ONCOST™ PURCHASING 

• Updated system logic so that Purchasing Reports now populate information from the Company’s Public Profile to report headers rather than information related to the current user’s profile
