Each user can now create their own professional signature that can automatically be added to any message sent out through ConstructionOnline.
Users will find the ability to customize signatures with a variety of formatting options available:
- Align signatures with company brand standards with custom font type, size, or color
- Drive traffic to company website or Public Profile by linking directly in the signature
- Stand out with & make an impact by putting important text in bold or italics
Each of these options are also visible when typing out a message, whether newly created or as a response. Messages function as a communication tool that can be used for email correspondence, assisting in keeping project data focused to one central location: ConstructionOnline.
