UDA ConstructionOnline™ is excited to announce the expansion of Profitability & Work-in-Progress (WIP) Reports within TrueVision™ Intelligence’s Company Reporting. Engineered to provide a real-time review of financial health, TrueVision Profitability and WIP Reporting offers construction companies a high-level understanding of construction project profitability and performance company-wide. 

Users at Business and Enterprise Subscription levels will find the following new reports within TrueVision Intelligence Company Reporting - 

• TrueVision Profitability & WIP Report: Generates a report showing a detailed breakdown of your project’s financial health including profit percentages 
• Estimate WIP Report: Generates a Work-in-Progress Report for one or more of your projects’ base estimate values 
• Selections WIP Report: Generates a Work-in-Progress Report for one or more of your projects’ client selections values 
• Change Order WIP Report: Generates a Work-in-Progress Report for one or more of your projects’ change order values
• Total WIP Report: Generates a Work-in-Progress Report for one or more of your projects’ combined estimate, selection, & change order values

Reports can be generated for a single ConstructionOnline Project or all Projects. If the user chooses to generate the report for all Projects, Projects can be filtered by: Type, Group, Stage, Category, Office, Division, and/or Region. Additionally, users can filter the Projects included in the report by setting the Project Value Range (only Projects that have Estimates with a Base Contract Price that falls within the designated value range will be included) and/or Date Range (only Projects that have Schedule Tasks that fall within the designated date range will be included).
