Financial Reports Enhanced with Expanded Customization & Professional Formatting

ConstructionOnline™ has recently introduced a series of enhancements across several Financial Reports, giving construction teams greater control, improved visibility, and more polished report outputs.

The latest updates span multiple reporting tools throughout the platform, helping users generate reports that are better tailored to their workflows and presentation needs.

Change Order Summary by Status Reports

Change Order Summary by Status Reports now support selecting multiple statuses when generating a report. By replacing the previous single-select dropdown with a checkbox-based selector, users can review multiple Change Order statuses within a single report—making it easier to analyze project activity without generating multiple separate reports. 

Detailed Proposals 

Detailed Proposals now feature improved formatting for a more polished presentation. Updates included refined title and subtitle indentation, as well as more consistent margins, helping to create cleaner, more professional proposal documents. 

Profitability & WIP Reports

Profitability and Work-in-Progress (WIP) Reports now include estimate classification data when generated at the Classification detail level. This enhancement provides greater insight into project performance by allowing teams to review profitability and work-in-progress accounting information through the lens of estimate classifications. 

Current Contract Summary Reports

Current Contract Summary Reports have been refreshed with an updated design that delivers a cleaner, more professional appearance while improving readability for project teams and stakeholders. 

Estimate Excel Export for Reference

The Estimate Excel Export for Reference has been enhanced to provide greater alignment between exported data and estimate views within ConstructionOnline. 

When estimate classifications are visible in the estimate view, classification information is now included within the export, helping teams preserve valuable estimate detail when working outside of the platform.

Additional formatting improvements also enhance how category descriptions are displayed throughout exported estimate sheets, creating a cleaner and more intuitive presentation of estimate data.
