  The commercial estimate template caters to general and specialty contractors and includes light and heavy commercial categories. 
• CSI 16 Division Estimate Template
  This estimate template is based upon the organizational structure of the standardized MasterFormat™ system, set forth by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
