By allowing Company Users to print key points of communication between employees, clients, subs, and more, ConstructionOnline™ is ensuring the effective documentation of project information and correspondence. 

Messages

Options for printing ConstructionOnline Messages are available for individual Message Conversations at the Project and/or Company level. Any Message Conversation printed from ConstructionOnline includes the Conversation Participants, as well the Project Name when relevant and the date, time, author, subject, & body of each individual message in the Conversation Thread. 

Announcements

Project Announcements and/or Company Announcements can now also be printed from within ConstructionOnline. Company Users can apply various parameters to filter which Announcements are included in the printed document, including - Related Project, Date Range, and Related Contact. Printed Announcements include the name of the Related Project & Related Contact, as well as the date & time posted and the subject & message of the Announcement.
