Industry-Leading RFI Tracking Expanded to Ensure Accessible Data Management

ConstructionOnline™ is known for providing top-ranked construction project management solutions, including industry-leading tools for the effective management of integral project communication, like Requests for Information (RFIs). Recently expanded to include sections for Drafts as well as Trash, ConstructionOnline™ delivers user-friendly options that put construction companies in control of their correspondence.

With Drafts for RFIs in ConstructionOnline, new RFIs & RFI Replies are automatically saved in the “Draft” state until they are sent or deleted. Draft RFIs are only available to their individual creator prior to being sent, making it easy for on-the-go construction pros to pick up where they left off in any given correspondence.

Moving RFIs to the new Trash section designed specifically for RFIs helps construction pros better organize current project communications. RFIs marked for "Trash" are moved to a separate tab within the RFI view, and from there, RFIs can either be “Restored” or “Deleted Forever.” Since this means that RFIs can only be permanently removed from the system after being marked for "Trash" first, this offers a layer of protection and security for project communication within collaborative teams.
