While still providing Users with flexible options for creating their OnCost™ Estimates, the new creation sequence reinforces ConstructionOnline’s recommended best practice for Estimate creation—choosing a 3-Level Estimate structure.
ConstructionOnline’s 3-Level Estimate structure consists of Categories, Subcategories, and Line Items and is the recommended structure type for OnCost™ Estimates as it is compatible with OnCost’s Advanced Estimating features. By choosing a 3-Level Estimate structure, ConstructionOnline™ Users have full access to all of ConstructionOnline’s integrated financial features including Costbook Items/Assemblies, Redline™ Takeoff, and ConstructionOnline’s new OnPoint™ Proposal Wizard.
