UDA Technologies is excited to announce the arrival of Envoy Chat Channels, the latest addition to ConstructionOnline’s collection of team communication tools. Construction professionals know that communication is a huge part of completing a project successfully, and Envoy Chat Channels make it easy to organize the daily communication of a growing construction company.

Key components of Envoy Chat Channels include:

  • Project Channels: A dedicated space to keep your project related conversations organized
  • Custom Channels: Create Custom Channels to discuss any non-project topics among team members
  • Private Channels: Need to share sensitive information? Create Private Channels for conversations that don't involve the whole team
  • Hashtags: Easily call attention to a Project Specific Channel from any chat with hashtags

Additionally, messages in Envoy Chat can now be pinned to a chat to be viewed at a later date, allowing quick and easy access to mission-critical information. Messages can also be starred allowing company employees to build their own catalog of relevant project details.
