UDA announced this week the introduction of new Template options for New Messages and Conversation Replies in ConstructionOnline™ Messaging. This update to ConstructionOnline helps to further streamline communication management by providing the option to save and reuse customized Messages and Replies for easy access. 

When creating new Messages or Conversation Replies in ConstructionOnline, users are now presented with the option to create their Message from Scratch or from a Template. If selecting to create from a Template, users can choose the desired Template from a list of available Company Templates, and make any modifications before sending it or saving it as a draft. Templates can be created, edited, duplicated, deleted, and/or archived from the newly added Templates tab within Messaging features, and can contain the following information - 

• Template Title - *required 
• Template Type 
• Recipients 
  
  • To: 
  • CC: 
  • BCC: 
• Related Project 
• Message Details 
  
  • Subject 
  • Message 
• Attachments
