Phase Three of Cutting-Edge Deep Link Campaign Now Available

UDA recently released its next phase of email notification updates to additional features across its industry-leading construction management software—ConstructionOnline™. Users will now find “deep links” available in email notifications for the following ConstructionOnline features -

  • Daily Logging
  • To Dos
  • Call Logs
  • Files
  • OnPlan™ Schedules
  • Calendars

This latest release is a part of an ongoing campaign of system-wide enhancements for ConstructionOnline Notifications intended to make specific points of data more accessible for all users. Modeled after ConstructionOnline’s Requests for Information (RFIs), the email notifications for the features listed have been enhanced with detailed hyperlinks, commonly referred to in web development as “deep links”, that are configured to keep users on a direct path to their data. With this update, when users click within an email notification for the features listed, the specific data point being referenced will be opened and highlighted in yellow to enhance clarity and improve visibility. Additionally, with this new system in place, ConstructionOnline ensures users will reach their data in instances where they are prompted to login to the system as well as override any filters or viewing preferences that could hinder their access.

In addition to the features previously mentioned, ConstructionOnline Users will continue to find “deep links” available for the following ConstructionOnline features -

  • Messages
  • Transmittals
  • Submittals
  • Announcements
  • Change Orders
  • Lead Tracking
  • Client Selections
  • Checklists
  • Punch Lists
  • RFIs
